MEET PEGGY
Peggy has a decade of automotive experience as an executive across multiple organizational functions, including finance, controlling, human resources, IT, legal. She also spent over a decade in non-profit foundations in the US and India following her on the ground Tsunami relief work.
Peggy brings to her consulting those skills, that made her a successful executive: a proven ability to communicate directly, clearly and persuasively, reflecting an appropriate sense of diplomacy and urgency to all levels of the organization; a knack for talent development, that resulted in continually promoting employees to positions of higher responsibility. Her expertise in building teams in corporate settings as well as in foundations run as non-profits is sought after. Working with staff or non-paid volunteers has broadened her scope of tools and fine-tuned her leadership
capabilities.
Peggy offers intuitive consulting based on trust, agility and critical thinking. Her work as a consultant served a broad range of industries including financial services, education, the arts and design, start-ups in technology and education.

Peggy has extensive understanding of both domestic and international markets, namely Europe and emerging markets. She has been an Erasmus scholar and recipient of state scholarships to pursue higher education in Boston, Paris and Stuttgart and has lived and worked in Detroit, Geneva, Indonesia and India. She is fluent in English, French and German, loves the arts, an intense tennis match, open water swimming, Alpine skiing, motorcycling, and a good laugh.
